These people have caused me more headaches than can possibly be written here. They are the most disorganized and unreliable when it comes to insurance companies, dealing with them, and relaying the proper information to their clients about what’s covered or not. I’ve been to a LOT a of places trying to heal my hip, and this is the best by far! My Dr. Suzanne Bauer, is extremely detailed and through, I’ve had many doctors over the last decade (including ER drs) misdiagnose my hamstring issue and I’m finally confident someone understands the hamstring! I’m making progress (slowly) and looking forward to jogging pain free in the near future.
