The crew was fantastic! Painting was flawless with great attention to detail. Dryer vent and air duct cleaning were super thorough. Mold remediation was handled professionally and with care. We had hail damage and Jin Lee dealt with our insurance to replace roof, gutters and screening for our gutters. He did all the work but didn’t replace the screening agreed to on more than half the gutters. He said they would be back to finish, but he never did. OHS replaced our neighbors gutters and we ran into Jin Lee again. He said sorry it was scheduling error and they’d complete the work soon. Now he doesn’t answer our phone calls/texts.
