What a little delightful find this has been! Was looking for a new yoga studio and found this gem. Yes, it is during the pandemic, but the classes are AWESOME. Brings to life that in person vibe we are all missing. Lots of options for different classes, great times, and they send a virtual link if you either miss the class or want to do it again. Love the energy and vibes all the instructors give off- very helpful, informative and insightful. Can't wait to practice in person with these lovely humans!
I took Mekea Fishlin's Wednesday morning class. It was wonderful. She is an excellent teacher and I enjoyed every minute.
