If I could leave zero stars I would definitely do that we were treated so terrible here. The doctors are always very kind but the receptionist refused to put my children in line because I was late signing the paperwork to be checked in it took me about 20 minutes but she still put two room full of people in front of us because of that I had a broken phone one and two I have a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old that need care they need me to look after them keep them safe. The Doctor at this walk in clinic had a wrong diagnosis this morning. I am very sick cough is getting worse may have to go to er later if keeps getting worse. I have a lot of congestion and feeling worse.this morning was a waste of my time. Should have went to er.
What's the point of having a walk-in clinic if they have a rule of not prescribing antibiotics! You might as well just have a big sign out front that says we take people's money but we won't give you good service
Walked in this morning feeling really sick, not even 12 hours later feeling better. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
