I had a great experience at this walk-in care clinic. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and well organized. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the medical provider was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how quickly I was seen. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt medical care.
The provider and staff were amazing during my visit. They pulled me back quickly and answered every question that I had. I felt everyone was very professional and seemed like they really cared for my wellbeing.
Doctors are great. Pricing, not so much. Ive been to a few walk in clinics, and its always been 100 dollars. Here its 275. And they dont tell you this upfront. Despite on solve health that recommends their services saying it's 100. Just beware of that.
My husband went in with poss sinus infection- he’s been sick for a couple of weeks with no improvement from being treated at home. He was told when he presented his Medicare card(he’s 73 years old and has had Medicare for 9 years) that the system did not recognize him. The receptionist was less than kind, more concerned about the insurance issue than his health. After 15 min, with he just gave up and we left. We won’t go back.
dr was nice & i was in and out quick but while getting my blood work (hcg levels tested) because i went due to being terrified of miscarrying again, the blood work nurse literally laughed & talked about her abortions the whole time!! so unprofessional and upsetting.
