The previous owners were incredible, but it's really sad to see it go down hill with the new management that seem to only care about ripping people off. Careless treatment, rude staff and hidden costs.
Great practice, I have been with OBMC for nearly 30 years and have seen it go through many owners, doctors, nurses and changes but my (and my families) medical care has always been excellent and consistent. My last visit they got me in quickly, the doctor was thorough and discussed all my possible options and I left feeling listened to and confident with the advice I was given 👍
Ohope Medical are basically robbers. For a phone call stating they did NOT have test results they charged us $47 for the privilege of saying we don't have anything. Daylight robbery is what the woman at the Ministry called it.
We were able to be seen on the same day as a casual patient while staying in Ohope on holiday. The reception staff and the nurse practioner we saw were very friendly, so helpful! Thank you!
