They are the nicest people to work with. We bought property in Eatonville over a year ago. We made a down payment for our electricity to get hooked up. We just moved to our property. The price didn't changed they said we were locked in. Made our final payment yesterday morning and they were here by the time my husband got home from work getting everything done. Plus I got a phone call to let me know whatvwas happening.
We are so grateful for the incredible hard work of OHOP workers and staff during this crazy outage , (October 25th, 2025). They only paused because of mandatory rules of having to sleep after working insane (30) hours straight for most of the workers. I’ve been with Ohop Mutual for about five years and the person I rent from was with them for 30 years before I rented and took over. I have NO complaints about them whatsoever! They have always been great anytime the power went out, they work diligently to get the power restored! I was with another light company and they’re a huge company, never got the kind of one on one service that I get with Ohop! Their prices are not bad considering that they are a small company! Didn't ask for permission to use our property to park on while working on our neighbors pole, destroyed our driveway, left without saying anything. When I called and tried to speak to a manager was told one would reach out to the land owner in the morning. No eta on our driveway being fixed or anything.
