I’ve been with Ohop Mutual for about five years and the person I rent from was with them for 30 years before I rented and took over. I have NO complaints about them whatsoever! They have always been great anytime the power went out, they work diligently to get the power restored! I was with another light company and they’re a huge company, never got the kind of one on one service that I get with Ohop! Their prices are not bad considering that they are a small company! Didn't ask for permission to use our property to park on while working on our neighbors pole, destroyed our driveway, left without saying anything. When I called and tried to speak to a manager was told one would reach out to the land owner in the morning. No eta on our driveway being fixed or anything.
I suspect the 14 Reviews are most likely employees or non existent individuals.
We have a local construction project in which needed to receive power from Ohop Mutual Light. The entire process has been painless. Everyone I have spoken to from the office staff, engineers, and field crews have been absolutely professional in the way they conduct business. I can't thank this team enough for their professionalism and support in supplying power for our project.
They are our light company great service we have been with them for 20 years. Great Power company.
