Dr. Max Jen is incredibly thorough and attentive during consultations. I never felt rushed, even when I had a ton of questions. He always took the time to listen and answer everything clearly. He’s warm, energetic, and happy to share both his professional expertise and personal perspective. Knowing he still practices as an ER doctor is really reassuring—it’s clear he’s highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable. Honestly, I wish he could be my primary care physician because I’d feel lucky to be his patient!
Just had my Sylfirm X treatment with Max! He is seriously AMAZING ! You can tell right away he really knows what he’s doing and cares about giving you the best results.
