it was my first time going to this spa. I waited outside for 15 minutes and clearly no one was there even though the hours say they are open at 9. Terrible first impression not sure I’d even give them a second chance it’s not a good business practice to not show up or call or email I called and left a message and emailed and still haven’t heard anything back.

Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with a massage appointment that unfortunately didn’t go as planned. After a few reschedules, I was understanding—life happens! However, during the last call to reschedule, I was told it was because of some last-minute concert tickets. Again, I tried to be flexible and supportive. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I arrived well in advance for my 1:00 PM appointment, around 12:45 PM. I had called the office multiple times, but the call went straight to voicemail. By 1:02 PM, no one had arrived, which was disheartening. It feels frustrating to waste someone's time and money like this. I’m not sure how they were ever considered "Whidbey's best."
