I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I arrived well in advance for my 1:00 PM appointment, around 12:45 PM. I had called the office multiple times, but the call went straight to voicemail. By 1:02 PM, no one had arrived, which was disheartening. It feels frustrating to waste someone's time and money like this. I’m not sure how they were ever considered "Whidbey's best."
Molly has been the best massage therapist I have ever had. Her attention to detail and care for her clients is unmatched. Lately the shop has been locked up and I have tried to book an appointment twice with no luck. Usually Molly is responsive with her clients so this is out of character. Hope you are ok Molly ! <3
I had an appointment scheduled for today at 12pm. At 10:36 I got a text from Molly asking to reschedule to 1pm, which I was happy to do. I showed up about 10 minutes before and the doors were locked. I gave them time, but at 12:58 with no one showing up, I texted the number who asked to reschedule and received no response. I hate to add to the laundry list of bad reviews, but I received a gift certificate for a massage, and have tried twice now to book it, unsuccessfully. The first time my appointment was canceled on the day of the appointment, and the second time, I arrived to my appointment to find the door locked and no one there. I tried calling...no luck.
