Everyone was fantastic! - Very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. Jordan and Jeff were very helpful when we called to schedule a visit. Taylor was super during our visit! He was resourceful, answered all questions, put us at ease in our quest to find the slab we wanted. A big “shout out” to Taylor! I had a terrible experience with OHM. I made an appointment to look at a specific type of marble. When I arrived, Laura, met me and was extremely rude and unhelpful. At first she refused to move any of the slabs so I could pick out a specific one. I picked out a slab and then OHM called my fabricator and increased the price of the slab by FOUR times the original amount. They told the fabricator that there were multiple kinds of that type of marble and that I picked the most expensive one, but they NEVER mentioned that while ... read more
