I made an appointment for a Saturday but due to family dropping in for a surprise visit I was going to be late by about 30 minutes. I called the warehouse to let them know and they acted as though it would not be a problem and gladly rescheduled my appointment for 30 minutes later. Once we got there it was not a long wait at all and they had so many slabs to look at and choose from. Had a good experience in trying to find the perfect slab but they have so many choices to choose from! I was really happy with the overall experience! As for the other reviewer I hate to hear they did not do their research on quartz before buying. As quartz does have a percentage of resin which can make the overall slab scratchable.

We were interested in a quartzite stone - Sea Pearl - for our kitchen countertops. The sales rep never advised us that OHM's Sea Pearl stone has large amounts of filler. While quartzite does have some amounts of filler, the slabs we ordered had so much filler that they were not usable in the planned kitchen workspaces. This is a quality issue - other suppliers would not sell Sea Pearl of such poor quality. Beware - OHM would not allow us to return the stone after we discovered the large amount of filler.
