Awesome HIIT Class – So Glad I Tried Ohm! I was honestly a bit skeptical to try Ohm at first, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The second I walked in, the vibe completely changed my mind—clean, modern, and super welcoming. The HIIT class was no joke—in the best way. I love coming to Ohm Fitness, it’s not hard on my joints but still gives me a good workout, and it’s also really quick. I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks and I’ve already seen improvement in my strength and mobility.
