Bait and switch pricing! I wanted a nda0100-20 battery. The search results pointed me to one sold by osibatteries for approximately $216. When I clicked on the link, the price jumped to over $196! As if I wouldn’t notice?
Bought a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Cost me more to send it back to them to check if it's not working than to buy a new one. So basically we got screwed in the purchase. I won't buy from this company again.
Bought batteries for my wheelchair that lasted 4 months before failing. I called to ask about a warranty and was told to ship them back to the to test the batteries. The batteries were charged to 100 percent and said they would not replace them. Any battery can be charged to 100 percent but if they wont hold their charged its not the same. Horrible and rude customer service. Avoid this company at all cost.
