I recently helped someone purchase a battery from this company, which was the extent of what I thought would be my involvement, however today I got a call from of their staff and frankly was talked to like a piece of trash. Extremely rude tone and talked over me when I was trying to give them the info they were looking for. Whoever’s in charge needs to start recording their staff’s calls and teaching them the basic of not only customer service, but human decency.
Look somewhere else. Spent a small fortune on a battery, including super high shipping costs and duty. The battery crapped out after 14 months. Company considered it out of warranty, and refused to do a damn thing for me. Garbage CS
They shipped my batteries quickly, and packaged them incredibly well. Also, their prices are excellent!
They had my specialty batteries in stock and were sent quickly. The price was very good. The two contacts I had with them were excellent. They were very pleasant and efficient. I would order from them again and would recommend them to others.
