Bought batteries for my wheelchair that lasted 4 months before failing. I called to ask about a warranty and was told to ship them back to the to test the batteries. The batteries were charged to 100 percent and said they would not replace them. Any battery can be charged to 100 percent but if they wont hold their charged its not the same. Horrible and rude customer service. Avoid this company at all cost.

I recently helped someone purchase a battery from this company, which was the extent of what I thought would be my involvement, however today I got a call from of their staff and frankly was talked to like a piece of trash. Extremely rude tone and talked over me when I was trying to give them the info they were looking for. Whoever’s in charge needs to start recording their staff’s calls and teaching them the basic of not only customer service, but human decency.

Look somewhere else. Spent a small fortune on a battery, including super high shipping costs and duty. The battery crapped out after 14 months. Company considered it out of warranty, and refused to do a damn thing for me. Garbage CS
