THIS FIRM IS DISGUSTING!! THEIR EMPLOYEE, CAROL, DIDNT FILE MY TAXES PROPERLY AND THEN BLAMED ME BECAUSE SHE DIDNT DO IT CORRECTLY. AFTER I HANDED IN THE PROPER PAPER WORK, THEY DID NOT SEND MY FORM IN AND THEN LIED AND SAID THAT THEY DID, ONLY TO TRY TO COVER THEIR TRACKS ELEVEN DAYS LATER. I FOLLOWED UP AGAIN AFTER BEING TOLD THAT MY TAXES WERE SENT BY EILEEN, AND AGAIN, FOUND OUT ANOTHER TWO WEEKS LATER THAT SHE LIED AND SENT IT A WEEK AFTER SHE CONFIRMED IT WAS SENT...
