Refinished our Trex deck and gutter system. He created new leaks, and now the patio under the deck is getting more wet than before. Will not reply to emails, calls, or texts. Did not return money for materials that were not used and sent back to supplier. Did not get warranty information as he stated he would. Did not meet his contractual obligations and ghosted when asked to come back and fix the leak that he created. Aaron with Ohlers Handyman Services was slated to do a project for me that he kept pushing back. He quoted me an estimate that I agreed to. Communication was awful and it was me that had to initiate everything. Would be nice to know that Aaron was not going to do the project after all so I could have moved on. Instead, I was led on to believe he was still going to do it. After 3 months now, I have decided to move to a different contractor. After trying to reach out, he refused to answer.
