They overloaded me Friday just before closing.80500 lbs had to wait till next morning to check back in got told have to call someone to get it approved but they won't give me number to call.had to leave property and wait for dispatch to get it resolved
2 hours to unload which is great but I wish they spoke English
Can't tell you about these other people's experiences, but I can tell you mine was excellent. At the gate at 2:00 p.m. for a 2:30 p.m. appointment. No problem. Parked and checked in at 2:15 in the office. Very friendly ladies there. Immediately got a door. Started loading me within 5 minutes of backing in, and took only 30 minutes. Paperwork was immediately ready afterward. I would load here any day.
