Another great experience at a OhioHealth WorkHealth location! Very friendly & very efficient! They got us in before the appointment time and we saw the PA very quickly.
The nurses and offices employees are always so helpful. I really appreciate everything they do for me.
Very disappointing experience. I was stuck twice during a blood draw and developed a hematoma from a butterfly needle, yet they were still unable to obtain blood. I waited over an hour after asking how long the wait would be and was told it wouldn’t be long — I could have gone to another location instead. I also informed staff that I needed to use the restroom around the 20-minute mark and was still left waiting another 15–20 minutes. Gave 2 stars for the fantastic, caring, and empathetic staff. But for the provider Roman Kovac,If no stars was an option. That would be it. I will try to stick to facts as much as I can. This is difficult to write. I was just discharged from the hospital after finally getting the appropriate care. If you have the option to see someone else, please do. Dr. Kovac treated me like I was subhuman. He didn’t listen, he was beyond disrespectful, dismissed my pain, and openly disagreed with findings from both the physical therapist ... read more
