I had to get blood work down and am terrified of needles plus have difficult veins. Christina waa really nice and gentle when drawing my blood and Nimemma came over to chat when she saw how tense I was during it.
Another great experience at a OhioHealth WorkHealth location! Very friendly & very efficient! They got us in before the appointment time and we saw the PA very quickly.
The nurses and offices employees are always so helpful. I really appreciate everything they do for me.
Very disappointing experience. I was stuck twice during a blood draw and developed a hematoma from a butterfly needle, yet they were still unable to obtain blood. I waited over an hour after asking how long the wait would be and was told it wouldn’t be long — I could have gone to another location instead. I also informed staff that I needed to use the restroom around the 20-minute mark and was still left waiting another 15–20 minutes.
