Gave 2 stars for the fantastic, caring, and empathetic staff. But for the provider Roman Kovac,If no stars was an option. That would be it. I will try to stick to facts as much as I can. This is difficult to write. I was just discharged from the hospital after finally getting the appropriate care. If you have the option to see someone else, please do. Had to get bloodwork done here and get a flu shot. Christina was quick and amazing, I barely felt either! Definitely made me less afraid of needles :)
The staff working the front desk are EXTREMELY friendly and were able to answer all of my questions regarding workers comp. There was hardly a wait time. Maybe 5-10 minutes tops. The medical staff were very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I appreciated how genuine Dr. Kovac and his team were.
