Everyone here was great, from the security guards to the check-in dude, the Medic, the LPN, the RN and the NP. Of special note would be the imaging technician—chillest homie ever from Naptown. I almost never post reviews, but when I looked at the other comments that were posted on here, I gotta say that the aggregate rating does not reflect what they have going on here. I have been here a couple times since it is close to work and not many options where I reside. The staff is 50/50 some are great others are there for a paycheck. I do not drink nor impaired and the discharging physician felt the need to label me as intoxicated because I chose not to continue care at this facility. Unless the staff unknowingly gave me meds, I know I am indeed sober. You either wait a long or short time but my main complaint is that everytime I go in I INSIST on NO NARCOTICS to be given to me and they have done so. So I can't trust whats being given to me. It is unacceptable that a patient cant trust whats being given to them. The staff are nice for the most part but I find this communication error unacceptable. If a patient says no narcotics bc they've had addiction issues dont order them narcotics its simple.
