A very good experience!
I had a family member go for being really sick. He developed oral thrush because of the high fevers. What did this place do? Give him antibiotics (which will NOT take care of a fungal infection) and something for nausea. Yall know what oral thrush is right? Healthcare professionals? It's a yeast.. HENCE IS FUNGI! the poor guy has been so sick still and they're threatening to hospitalize him because he won't eat due to his mouth being painful? I took my 7yr old son in at 7:55pm, they were supposed to be open until 9pm. We were told they were all booked up for the night but could pencil him in for the next morning... doesn't that defeat the purpose of an URGENT CARE? I brought him to another urgent care closer to home this morning and they were flabbergasted that we were told this. Urgent care is supposed to accept new patients until the doors are locked at their closing time.
Went in for severe wrist pain and was told it would be almost 4 hours to be seen, asked if I had an appointment. Why is urgent care done by appointment? That's not the definition of urgent care (key word being urgent). Urgent care should be for immediate care not by appointment.
