Awful service and treatment from start to finish. I went to this location because I had shingles and was in immense pain. The employees at reception had problems with their card reader, although they did swipe my card, and the payment showed immediately from my bank via my phone notifcations. I was the only patient in the waiting room at this time (10/17/25). Horrible urgent care. Came in limping and barely able to walk. And every “medical” employee just sat there and even had me wobble to the xray room. Crazy experience. After that xray lady comes in and talks about my nose running from me crying from pain.
My experience was excellent! My visit with Dr K Blum was awesome. She is very compassionate and provides excellent care. She listened to me, caring and understanding me. She takes time to discuss any questions I had, she is polite and professional. Dr K Blum was GREAT and wonderful! This is an excellent Urgent Care and everybody is very nice! Always FRIENDLY, fast service and competent doctors who care! I have no plans to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. I want to give you more than 5 Stars! Thank you
Sarah was a very calming presence and straightforward and patient with me, which I appreciate. She naturally made sure my feet were resting on a flat surface, even though I'm short, when she took my blood pressure, which shows me she knows what she is doing. I was extremely impressed by how she made sure I was comfortable and safe. Overall everyone at this location is very friendly and professional.
