Walked in hoping to be seen for a bad case of poison ivy, only to have the receptionist look me up and down before rudely asking if I had an appointment! I said no because I thought the whole point of an Urgent Care was quick walk-in service, so she then informed me that I'd be waiting at least an hour! I said nope, walked out and when to the Adena urgent care where I was in and out within minutes! in the past 6 months, have gone in. Today for poison ivy. Great group here both times. Got in same day, efficient and caring people. Full trust with this group and very friendly, aware and concerning. Answered my questions and concerns with very specific information.
