Billed twice for the same appointment, down to the exact CPT code. Called customer service to reconcile and had a horrible experience with Tish in customer service. She was very dismissive off the bat and when I asked her if she could understand my surprise and frustration about receiving an unexpected $600 of bills for a visit that had previously been quoted $250, she said "not really..." Waited months for my appointment. Got a reminder message to remind me for the appointment and then the next day got the voicemail to reschedule.
Really grateful for this medical team on what was a difficult day for us. Thanks to the ultrasound tech Stephanie, the very knowledgeable Dr. Knight, and Alyssa, who provided genetic counseling on the spot. This team seamlessly coordinated with our primary OB, Dr. Jenkins, and they treated us with extreme kindness and professionalism on a last minute basis. Thank you.
