Disappointed with this place. I had surgery and when the nurse called me for a follow up on a Friday afternoon I explained to her how miserable I was. She brushed it off telling me it was all normal. I ended up going to my local ER that evening. A week later when I was reviewing my notes in my chart I found that the nurse documented how perfectly normal I was. I had to have a follow appointment after an ER visit for a kidney stone. Dr Patel, the RN Justin, and the Front Desk Assistant Linda were truly fabulous!! They were kind and attentive! Dr Patel took time to explain everything and was very helpful! If you ever need Urologist, I recommend this facility!!
