LOTS AND LOTS of price transparency issues. Only way to get pricing is to wait through a long tedious quoting system. The quoting tool they provide on the website is impossible to navigate. I was given a quick verbal quote on what it might cost an uninsured person to get a procedure done. They assured me it would be no worries and I have nothing to worry about since I had insurance. I seen CNP Jill Pate the following day after calling. The scheduler had actually made a mistake but instead of them sending me away to my surprise Jill came to work early to see me. Not only was she very intentive allowing me the time to explain everything she was very well versed on the subject regarding my symptoms. The staff is amazing. Let’s start with scheduling. I had an urgent situation and contacted a different provider who wasn’t able to see me until October. I called this facility and spoke with a scheduler who got me in with Molly the following week (yesterday) - amazing right? Well it gets better!!
