I arrived with a urination problem. Nurse Kristina realized what was needed. She took very good care of me. On my second visit, Nurse Audrey, took care of me. Both nurses provided me with excellent care. Both gave me options that hopefully will solve the issues. This place is amazing! I’ve had 4 visits in 2 months and every time the nurses and the doctor helped me with my issues.
THIS PLACE IS AT RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL. THIS HOSPITAL HAS SAVED MY LIFE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. THE DOCTORS THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. AT THE TIME MY DAUGHTER WAS A NURSING STUDENT. SHE SHOWED UP ONE DAY IN UNIFORM AND THEY ACTUALLY ALLOW HER TO HELP WITH MY CARE AND SHE LEARNED SO MUCH IN THE TIME THAT I WAS A GUEST.
Like most others the complaint is about getting an appointment and the lack of phone response. Called 4 times in two months and never heard back. Once, only once, did I get a real person and they said they’d reach out to scheduling and get back with me. The number dialed was scheduling! Never heard back and went to OSU Urology who got me an appt within 5 minutes of calling
If I needed help they are NOT the ones to go to! I should be able to get an appointment WITHOUT a doctor's referral.
No one answers the phone, no matter the time of day. Front desk staff is rude and nasty.
