This place is super awesome. My primary doctor is there also I have therapy at nova Care at this place is awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be careful for.
I do not recommend this office. I have been using Ohio health since 2017 and they switched my doctor on me out of nowhere! The worst doctor I have ever had in my 35 years on earth! Will be looking for a new physician. How do you ban a patient from your office because they requested a new doctor! That actually proves my point as to why I don’t want you as my doctor! The lack of empathy and caring for patients is not there at all!!!!!
Whoever Meko O is decided to cancel my virtual appointment last minute and set up an in person visit the following day, to which I had no clue about I got no warning so of course I missed this appointment. So because of this I had “too many missed appointments “ which led to me not being able to see my primary care doctor anymore. This place is full of people they could care less about their patients. Especially this vile woman. Thanks a lot lady.
Predatory billing or coding of services to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Insurance companies are obviously also to blame for this, but as practitioners, they should take more responsibility for warning patients of costs (and helping to avoid them). They charged me for the equivalent of two visits when I was only with Dr. Ellis for maybe 10-15 minutes during one appointment.
