Ohio health and quest diagnostics really are two very careless entities that I was misfortunate enough to deal with. I booked online, was given an appointment at the location 300 Polaris PKWY at 11:30. I reached early and waited around at the front desk which was unoccupied. Before a random employee directed me to the lab who insisted that they close at 11:30 so 11:30 appointments are not possible. My review is for Ohio Health in general, but also Dr.Ellis in particular. I would honestly say I have never felt less cared for by a healthcare professional than by Dr.Ellis. Unnecessary appointments, unnecessary testing, ignoring my medical history, ignoring my input, refusing to inform me of test results and then blatantly told me that it was not her responsibility to relay pertinent information to me when it has been given to her (even when that is the protocol, as explained to me by the Specialist's office that performed... read more
Recently renovation upgrade the facility.
The staff is caring, personable and very responsive. Dr. Pack is great! He listens, asks questions, spends time answering your questions, outlines a plan of treatment if needed, and makes sure everyone is on the same page with follow-up. Excellent team to receive care from.
My husband and I are new patients at this Ohio Health office. I saw Dr. Victoria Ellis and she was awesome! Dr Ellis is attentive, kind, thorough making me feel seen, heard. I was impressed she asked great questions and didn’t rush through my new patient visit. The support staff, from the intake desk to the nurses were all very kind and friendly and on our subsequent follow up visits we are having fun getting to know all better.
