Our son has seen Dr. Zanotti-Morocco and Dr. Thoma from his first week through his first year. They have been wonderful. They are pleasant during appointments, seem genuinely happy to see our son, and welcome questions and conversations about his health. We have had mixed experiences with some nurses and staff, such as long wait times or lacking communication during appointments, but overall have had positive encounters with them, too. I was turned away for being 15 minutes late to an 11am appointment at 11:13. I called 10 minutes before my appointment to reschedule and they insisted if I could be there by 11:15 it would be okay. Although I had 2 min to spare the woman at the desk told me I couldn’t be seen. I agreed to reschedule and the woman at the front desk confirmed with the other front desk person that there were new patient blocks for that Dr. Then she told me the next available was in 6 months. This was supposed to be my first appointment here.

Easy to find with plenty of parking. The lobby was bright, clean, and not too busy, with clear signs for check-in. The lab techs were super helpful, friendly, and very understanding, which made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. I hope other Quest Lab locations use this team and setup as the standard.
