I was turned away for being 15 minutes late to an 11am appointment at 11:13. I called 10 minutes before my appointment to reschedule and they insisted if I could be there by 11:15 it would be okay. Although I had 2 min to spare the woman at the desk told me I couldn’t be seen. I agreed to reschedule and the woman at the front desk confirmed with the other front desk person that there were new patient blocks for that Dr. Then she told me the next available was in 6 months. This was supposed to be my first appointment here.
Easy to find with plenty of parking. The lobby was bright, clean, and not too busy, with clear signs for check-in. The lab techs were super helpful, friendly, and very understanding, which made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. I hope other Quest Lab locations use this team and setup as the standard.
Dr.Thoma is amazing! But I once showed up right at the 15 minute cut off on the dot but the front office lady was on her computer for 2-3 minutes doing whatever then she turned me away and told me it wasn’t her problem.
