Dr. Beckett is awesome- super thorough and very helpful. However, the office (suite 260) couldn’t be worse. To get in contact with their office, you need to call the main OhioHealth office and get redirected to them after providing 4-5 mins of information. I needed a vaccination form filled out with the dates of 5 vaccination dates and a signature and it was time sensitive. My very first appointment with them and I have been around in circles with this office for the last two days trying to get them to get my prescription sent correctly, to the correct pharmacy, and they cannot seem to get that very basic function of a doctor's office done properly. Their after-hours answering service can't contact the office, the office closes promptly at 5pm so good luck getting them on the phone if you have a job, when you do manage to get them on the phone they tell you they'll get it fixed and then don't..... read more
Dr MacDowell is very thorough and is always willing to listen. I appreciate his knowledge and experience. My family has been seeing Dr. MacDowell for over 15 years. When he has not been available, all of the other doctors have given excellent care. Jackie Cross, NP, is also exceptional.
it’s very frustrating and challenging to try and call the office. It can be anywhere from 7 to 10 min on hold, just to merely confirm an appointment. In addition: in my opinion, I feel that this office doesn’t make it convenient at all when there is a desperate need to speak to someone or get a medication for a child that is sick, whether it be pink eye or an ear infection.
