We have been going to Dr MacDowell for probably 20 years and he has become a trusted resource in our health journey. We have amazing respect for the other doctors we’ve seen in immediate situations. We had a few issues with front-office staff over the years but they seem to have a great team working there now.
Dr. MacDowell is phenomenal! He’s been our girls’ pediatrician for 10 years and we’re so grateful for him.
Dr. Beckett is awesome- super thorough and very helpful. However, the office (suite 260) couldn’t be worse. To get in contact with their office, you need to call the main OhioHealth office and get redirected to them after providing 4-5 mins of information. I needed a vaccination form filled out with the dates of 5 vaccination dates and a signature and it was time sensitive. My very first appointment with them and I have been around in circles with this office for the last two days trying to get them to get my prescription sent correctly, to the correct pharmacy, and they cannot seem to get that very basic function of a doctor's office done properly. Their after-hours answering service can't contact the office, the office closes promptly at 5pm so good luck getting them on the phone if you have a job, when you do manage to get them on the phone they tell you they'll get it fixed and then don't..... read more
Dr MacDowell is very thorough and is always willing to listen. I appreciate his knowledge and experience. My family has been seeing Dr. MacDowell for over 15 years. When he has not been available, all of the other doctors have given excellent care. Jackie Cross, NP, is also exceptional.
