Rude! Very rude. Especially the nurse I talked to over the phone! I was very polite and professional to them and was made to feel like I bothered them anytime I had a question. Won't be going back.
I came in last night and honestly the worst experience I’ve had in an ER. The lady took my blood, but took it from my artery, blood went everywhere, squirted everywhere!!! Just pouring out of me. Also had me pee in a cup, and they never took it to be tested it sat there the whole time clear up till I left it still sat there, I quite feel like they weren’t taking me seriously. ❤️🔥 I Love Love Love my NP Laura Hullinger at this location, including her Nurse Tammy! Laura has been the very best healthcare provider I have had in all of my 42 years!! 💯 She has the best bedside manner of any Dr, listens to her patients, has compassion and she even helped me lose almost 100# without surgery!! She actually cares more than most would, about each and every one of her patients!!
