I don’t know why this place gets bad ratings.. I always have a good experience at this place! The staff is friendly every time I see them, the nurses are good, and my doctor is AWESOME!!! I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Although, sometimes you do have to wait a little longer to be called back but no biggie! I definitely think people should go to this doctors office!! You guys are awesome!!
When a patient comes in with genuine health concerns the phsysican should show some kind of atleast empathy!!! I get into a room and discuss with the nurse about what is bringing me in. She leaves room then the primary care C. Comes in. We go into detail of the things I have concerns about. I started to notice that when going into detail about my issues she kind of made me feel like the issues I am having wasn't sugar issues. Eh, this place is adequate. Not great. Receptionists very nice. Easy to book and pay online. They refuse to accept refill notices from pharmacies, requiring you, the patient, to contact them when your rx is up (this is an Ohio Health policy.) This is kind of onerous if you have a chronic condition. I never really have confidence they are going to address whatever I'm coming in there for, I've been there twice so I don't know if that's an omen or I'm not being sufficiently patient. I LOVE Dr.Comes. She’s very personable and shows that she understands and cares for your problems. A few times I have gotten concerned when bringing up vaccines (I’m not antivax but I like to know what I’m putting into my body). Instead of making me feel pressured, she gave me the resources to look it up. I’m so excited that I have a family doctor that when I have kids I will be able to take them to her.
