Avoid this place for your primary care needs. I had an annual physical exam and one of the doctors here charged an extra $500 for earwax removal. He never stated that this would be billed as a separate charge from the physical exam. It took him 10 seconds to remove the earwax and I initially refused the service but allowed him to do it after he said it was at the edge of the ear canal and made it sound as if it was something quick and easy. The front desk staff Nikia H was extremely unprofessional and stupid. I scheduled a followup appointment due to ongoing issues, and it was canceled without any notification. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time I would recommend not to visit this place. Please stay away from this nasty place.
Ben has been great to work with, he always listens to my concerns and it's been easy to get in-person and telehealth appointments as needed. He's also super responsive to any medication refill requests that I have. Have been seeing him for close to 3 years now and have been happy with how thorough he's been with my care and any recommendations he's had to improve my health.
I don't get the feeling this office really cares about their patients. My concerns felt like they were being overlooked and it was not easy to get an appointment in a decent time, even for an established patient. Switched to Ohio State Wexner recently and was already able to get an appointment and talk about my concerns without feeling judged. Already they have helped me more than this primary care has.
