The answering service was rude. I did not realize they were the answering service they did not identify themselves. When I asked questions trying to understand who I was actually speaking to the woman was impatient. I asked her kindly not to be curt with me. I just didn't understand. I thought she was the doctors office. Then she said I'm disconnecting i implored her to continue to help me. She hung up on me. I was professional in my tone and i am the customer. Ohio Health has gotten horrible. They don't get you your test results in a timely manner, they rush through appointments. There is no follow up to speak of, except if you owe them money. I had to call multiple times to get test results. My 88 year old mother was seen last Monday on 13th and it is now the 19th and no results, she called and was told they haven't been reviewed yet. Same issue I had. The staff doesn't want to take time to help out patients, I actually helped direct someone new to where she needed to sign in. Th... read more
I'm new to the area and haven't yet found all my new doctors. I found an excellent one here and the staff is outstanding
