I've had the worse experience with Jami Keister, CNP at this location. They are not for their patients at all. I will be looking elsewhere for care. Hopefully they fix this issue for her other patients.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years, and my experience up until recently—especially under Dr. Jalali’s care—was consistently positive, compassionate, and patient-centered. Unfortunately, since being transitioned to Lynn Keister, CNP, my experience has significantly declined. During my appointments, I felt rushed and unheard. Extremely disappointed at the staff and nonchalant approach to how they handle new patients. They cancel you day of and book you additional months out without any regard that you waited months to get in. I had an appointment set with Kelsey Putman. This apparently was my sign to find another Dr after I looked at similar reviews of disappointed patients. My suggestion, find another doctor and be sure they have professional front desk receptionist that represent their office well!
Dr. MARQUEZ and his staff are wonderful, caring, patient and kind.
