This is getting ridiculous. I don’t need to check in at another damned computer. Put an actual person there to check someone in. Ohio Health is becoming like the walmart for medical. Check yourself in check yourself out. Pretty soon you will be doing the tests yourselves while they charge exorbitant prices for these visits
SHAME ON THIS PRACTICE, SHAME ON DR. BLOOD, AND SHAME ON OHIOHEALTH PG ALTOGETER. This location has multiple spots up front near the doors for electric vehicles to park, while there are limited handicapped spots for patients to park. I have a family member who has respiratory issues and was trying to park for an appointment, though there were plenty of electric vehicle spots open, NO handicapped spots. She called the practice to say she couldn't find a spot to park, and instead of being told to just park in one of those spot... read more
The check in experience at this building is inhumane. The waiting areas have no windows, oddly arranged mismatched furniture, and inoperable screen placement. The core nurse work area has no windows. The patient rooms do not have a desktop where a nurse can sit. The patient room doors are barn doors, so good luck with privacy, not to mention egress in case of a fire! There are no guidance landmarks, so you will have to ask for directions to find your way back outside to safety. This building needs a major renovation to make ... read more
Tara Hendron is the best nurse practitioner I’ve ever gone to. She has a great bedside manner and she really listens to you and takes your concerns seriously. She calls to check in on you when you’re sick and doesn’t stop finding solutions for you if something is not working. She explains everything in a way you can understand and in 21st century terms. She’s honest but never brash. She remembers things about you and speaks to you as though you are a friend. Highly recommend her!!!
