Scheduling my first appointment required roughly a month of waiting. Understandable. During the appointment, I was able to speak with the doctor for all of 10 minutes before she ended the session and scheduled my next appointment another month away. This is the typical response of spending too little time with patients that I try to avoid. Especially when an uncommon illness is involved. It may be fine for routine checkups, but it's a waste of time for those with serious ongoing problems that need immediate investigation. I ... read more
