ITS A TRAP, BE CAREFUL OF THIS GOOD LOOKONG PLACE ! Visited this place and asked and emphasizes if my insurance is taken in this place and they told me yes and started putting information. I got a bill afterwards for $1300 because "they cover something and other not" They will run as much tests as they can to charge the insurance. See you in small claim court.
Emelia Bowers was my primary care person I desperately needed help and testing and she couldn't be bothered to care. She refused to give me proper referrals she refused to help me with any medication for my pain EVEN IBUPROFEN. She completely refused to give me anything at all for my pain. Even when I told her it was 8 out of 10. She delayed me getting important and necessary medical care and it directly resulted in damages to my life and livelihood. Go anywhere else for medical help this place is terrible.
I’ve had mostly good experiences here! My primary care, Dr. Fusco is excellent and has a wonderful approach to patient care. Great bedside manner. The nurses I’ve met have all been welcoming, kind, and eager to help. They helped calm most of my anxieties just by being friendly! I did have one negative experience with one of the front desk workers, that I want to note. I couldn’t catch her name, but I went to the wrong room in the building. A Cline was very rude and unprofessional in her communication. Instead of taking responsibility for her delay, she spoke in a disrespectful tone and tried to blame me for her mistake. I would never recommend her to anyone — patients deserve better treatment and basic respect. Her attitude was completely unacceptable for someone in her position.
