Have gone here for years and loved seeing Dr Sheridan. I have never had a problem however upon my most recent refill request of my much needed medication, I was informed I needed to establish a new provider with no explanation and no refill. I was able to establish a new provider elsewhere but won’t be able to see them for over a month and this office refuses to respond to my request for even a partial refill so I don’t have to go through medication withdrawal and cold turkey stop an SSRI. I have Dr.Vado and she is nothing short of amazing. You can always tell she cares about the well being of patients and she’s encouraging. The whole team is honestly amazing because if she is out of the office and I have to see a colleague I get the same treatment. They are attentive and you can tell each person that works at this location came wit the intent to help make patients better it the Dr, PA, Nurse, Front desk, phlebotomist, house keeping. I've been to a lot of doctors in the past few years. The staff as a whole at this location has been far friendlier and more welcoming than any other office I've ever visited. From checking in, to my appointment, to imaging/labs, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
Very knowledgeable and nice. Explains everything in a very simple language that you will understand . If I were to give her a rating, I would rate a a trillion star rating. Thank you Ms Farrynn Sheridan
Over the years, I could never find a Dr. who actually listened to me. I know my body and what works for me. Dr. Faryn Sheridan is who I've been looking for. She sits listens, asks questions then she tells me what I need to do/take. She has 24/7 messaging and promptly answers. Carmen, Laura are so kind and efficient, I feel my illness has improved since improved because of Dr. Sheridan.
