I don't feel like these reviews are accurate. I have been going here for several years and love my Dr and have always had friendly staff interactions. They care about each patient. I would highly recommend them even for more complicated medical issues.
I feel some of these reviews are not separating this location from Ohio health/failings in our health care system in general. I have a incredibly complicated medical history, and when the one doctor I liked moved to this location I followed. Since then I have seen 2 other providers and have also consented to students sitting in on different visits and procedures. As an established patient, I was only able to schedule my appointment online and I put a note that I need to get my nexplanon changed 3/2025. I made this appointment in February around Valentines Day for 3/20. The day of my appointment approximately 45 minutes before it was scheduled. I got a call that they were unable to do my procedure. I was already on my way to the office, ONLY to get my nexplanon changed.
