First (and probably last) visit was with Dr. Alderman this week. The lobby receptionist (friendly with glasses and long hair) and the nurse who took my vitals (friendly with short, dark hair in a ponytail) were both super pleasant, and made me feel welcome! And then, Dr. Alderman walked in. I told her I wanted some advice on how to deal with PMDD, since I was dealing with symptoms and learned that others had it, too. That maybe I could get some help. Listen, if you’re in search of a new Gyno I cannot recommend Dr. J. Nelson at the OhioHealth office on Southwest enough; truly the best. Had a biopsy and an IUD placed minimal cramping. Extremely gentle. Explains everything as he goes. Prescribed a relaxant beforehand. Hands down tbhe best gynocologist I’ve been to. He listens and explains everything. Even draws it out. I had four options and he let me decide, his exact words, “I’ll do whichever one you want.” Told me the risks the advantages and the downtime. So instead of ... read more
All of the obgyn’s are very kind and explain things well. The front desk ladies are always sweet. I’ve been going here for three years now and I’ve never had a bad visit.
I just want to give praise to my wonderful doctor, Dr. Alderman, assisting nurses, the ultrasound tech the scheduling and check-in ladies, Dr. Nelson and really, everyone in this office. Dr. Alderman delivered my 2nd born daughter and she was amazing so I decided to stick with her for any future OBGYN needs. Unfortunately, my third pregnancy, with twins, ended in miscarriage.
