Avoid at all costs. A year ago - Routine procedure was quoted as $234 total cost to me, then got a bill for $2990. When I asked how this could possibly be, I was told "we aren't responsible for telling you the cost of having the pathology run on these tests." Aren't you? I asked about it 6x, called the billing dept for Ohio Health in advance, and confirmed the day of directly before the test. Had an ultrasound for a cyst done on a Monday and still have not heard results 10 days later. It is now Thursday and have had to message and call multiple times this week asking when they will be reviewed. They keep saying the doctor has to review. I have never had to wait this long for results from a doctors office ever.
I wish,I give them 0 star b/e I am not going to say anything.and the front desk was amazing they are nice so for one of the nurse she is very bad and ignorant I hope I am not going to back to them.
I had great experience there with my first baby. The doctors and nurses were amazing and I took care of me and my baby. Thank you all 🩷
