Like many other reviewers, my problem with this place is the secretary. It's surprising she's still working for them given the many bad reviewers (or they are just bad at hiring maybe). I have previously been a patient at this office, and was looking to schedule an appointment. The secretary had a bad attitude, and maybe I am just sensitive, but she dismissed my concerns. I called about a week ago to schedule a prenatal appointment. As someone with a history of pregnancy losses, I was and am understandably very very nervous and shared my concerns with the receptionist, explaining that this is my fifth pregnancy after four losses. I was informed that the earliest available appointment wouldn’t be until I was about 11 weeks, which prompted me to express my worry in the first place. The doctor here is not nice stood me up on my appointment. Was so unprofessional
Tried calling for new patient appt…receptionist was extremely rude…glad they aren’t accepting new patients would HATE to be a patient here. Said thank you to the lady and she just said good enough and hung up…WOW!!!
Honestly, I don’t understand all of the low reviews. I really enjoyed coming here and I enjoyed the staff always. They take good care of me and help me with a lot.
