Should have read the reviews before I sent my 18 year old daughter that is on the spectrum to go there the front desk lady was extremely rude and had my daughter in tears when she called me This is unacceptable and there needs to be more training

I was 17 minutes late for my first appointment. My fault entirely. I was told I had to reschedule. I did. I showed on time for my second appointment. I was told my appointment had been cancelled. Nurse Ratchet at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. I took half a day off twice and drove 55 minutes one way TWICE. She acted like it was my fault Danielle Watkins had an emergency. If I had been treated kindly with offered an apology I might have been willing to reschedule. I will NOT be returning for a3rd time.

Gave them an extra star for delivery my baby healthy, which ultimately is the most important thing for me. As a patient they stressed me out more than was necessary. OB for half of my pregnancy at the Lewis Center location. This practice has so much potential for being great. Maybe because they are in the hospital, they don't feel the need to take as much care as they could.
