Saw Anna. R , NP, twice so far . Very attentive, listens to patient’s concerns, and goes over treatment plans and options throughly. She also took her time to explain the risks and benefits of each treatment plans, discussed alternative ways, and allowed me to decide what care plans I would like to pursue. I truly appreciate her input/support on my health concerns.
FYI to new patients, you can’t see actual doctors here anymore for your yearly checkups or even for issues that come up — that’s right. You don’t even have the option to pay more to see a physician. You’re forced to see their advanced practice nurse practitioners, etc. after who knows how long of waiting for an appt. This was a devastating change for me as someone who thought Dr Williford was my doctor for life — nope! I literally don’t get to see her again unless I’m having surgery. This place has good doctors, but horrible phone ethics.They don't answer the phone and I had to drive long distance, just for a simple question.
The way the receptionist answered my call was insanely rude, and also since when don’t y’all do annual check ups…that makes no sense.
The way your receptionist answered and approached our call was crazy. Super rude, lack of care, lack of consideration, and just unprofessional. I hope she approaches other patients that call better than she did with me.
