Dr. Briene Williford is an amazing GYN!! Takes her time, listens, and is very thorough and honest provider. I saw her for endometriosis and was very impressed.
I am genuinely at a loss reading these reviews, wondering why they are still employing staff that have consistent issues dating back YEARS. As MANY other negatives reviews have mentioned, the office staff here continues to be rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Same issues date back to 2017. It’s concerning that a doctor’s office handling some of the most vulnerable medical appts continues to employ those who apparently lack the professionalism and emotional intelligence to be handling said calls. Facilities need to take pride in what they choose to do for a living and be held accountable. The website advises they accepting patients however you call wait for some time and advised with the most driest tone we have one doctor we cant accept you. No other questions asked . Now days obgyn providers lack availability and staff lack Pleasantries simple sad and this office falls right in clearly with the rest .
