The way the receptionist answered my call was insanely rude, and also since when don’t y’all do annual check ups…that makes no sense.
The way your receptionist answered and approached our call was crazy. Super rude, lack of care, lack of consideration, and just unprofessional. I hope she approaches other patients that call better than she did with me.
Called to schedule appointment with provider. Was told this is no longer an OBGYN office and they "stopped doing pregnancies years ago".
I will give them 5 star in everything they have very great customer service they very quick to pick up a phone call their service is very excellent
Dr Rohl and the nurses are amazing (especially Kaleigh). It is extremely hard to find providers that will listen and actually help you. They respond fast in my chart, they get you in quickly. I’ve never dealt with dismissive behavior from none of the staff here. So glad I found this office!!!
