I am genuinely at a loss reading these reviews, wondering why they are still employing staff that have consistent issues dating back YEARS. As MANY other negatives reviews have mentioned, the office staff here continues to be rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Same issues date back to 2017. Facilities need to take pride in what they choose to do for a living and be held accountable. The website advises they accepting patients however you call wait for some time and advised with the most driest tone we have one doctor we cant accept you. No other questions asked . Now days obgyn providers lack availability and staff lack Pleasantries simple sad and this office falls right in clearly with the rest .

The only reason I am giving this gynocologist 2 stars is because of Dr. Williford who has always taken care of me in such a nice way. The receptionist I spoke to today, Lisa, was very rude to me when I have been dealing with a lot with my endometriosis and was already in a not so great state of mind. Then, my nurse that called me was also very rude and short with me when trying to figure out what could be happening with me based on my results, and she has always been kind to me and treated me well, but by the tone today it s... read more
Saw Anna. R , NP, twice so far . Very attentive, listens to patient’s concerns, and goes over treatment plans and options throughly. She also took her time to explain the risks and benefits of each treatment plans, discussed alternative ways, and allowed me to decide what care plans I would like to pursue. I truly appreciate her input/support on my health concerns.
