Impressions were AWFUL from the get go. They took 2 weeks to contact me for my referral which was supposed to be a rushed appointment due to where I am in the pregnancy. Then they just call you and give you an appointment date and time. Like people don’t have jobs and can just completely move their schedule around. Then you call back to reschedule and they have to “ask management for permission” due to the appointment being scheduled already. Billed twice for the same appointment, down to the exact CPT code. Called customer service to reconcile and had a horrible experience with Tish in customer service. She was very dismissive off the bat and when I asked her if she could understand my surprise and frustration about receiving an unexpected $600 of bills for a visit that had previously been quoted $250, she said "not really..." I would specifically not recommend people go to MFM because of her blase, dismissive, unhelpful attitude toward an objectively alarming b... read more

Waited months for my appointment. Got a reminder message to remind me for the appointment and then the next day got the voicemail to reschedule.
