Would not go here, especially if you are sick. Had bloodwork done and was told it would be read by afternoon. I called in the afternoon asking about my bloodwork and the receptionist just said it wouldn’t read til mid next week. They didn’t seem to care at all about helping me.
Second time in a row I’ve had to wait over an hour in the exam room for a lousy follow up. Will now be looking for a new PCP. Absolutely pathetic.
Both the resident doctor and the supervising doctor were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The office was able to get me in within a timely manner and it was overall a great experience. Thank guys!
My son went here because he was not feeling well, thought he might have strep throat. He was seen by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Turns out it wasn't strep, but they told him nothing they could do for him, treated him like it was a waste of their time, just sent him hone. 2 days later he is worse not any better, went to a different facility...left with medicine, and instructions on what he should do to start feeling better. The other urgent care facility treated him with respect. However we still got a bill for $122..... read more
I called this office for some information on a previous visit and when I question the receptionist about what she was telling me she waited silently for a few seconds and then hung up on me. I wasn't rude in any way at all I just asked her a simple question. I didn't appreciate it at all.
