I've received excellent care from several of the providers. Most notably Dr Cremeans and Dr Kirby. I prefer the approach of D.O.s vs M.D.s I feel the DOs at this location take time to listen to my concerns.

I'm in between PCPs (last one was not at OhioHealth) and needing a new one ...I've had very mixed experiences calling the number listed here to schedule with someone new. The first time I called, I spoke with a wonderful woman (I so wish I could recall her name -- I think the last name was something like Hoffman) who sounded kind and caring, and who set me up with someone new in early October. I have had an impossible task of getting this group to send prior authorizations. EACH of my Ohio Health providers either aren't sending prior auths, they're being denied because of missing requested information, they're getting "lost" or they're getting stuck in something called "print mode". No problems elsewhere, just with this group. This is a shame as I really like my doctors but the headaches with the office staff isn't worth it. My experience with Student Sampson was bad. I believe she admittedly confused me with another patient. My urinalysis wasn't ordered in time so was thrown away. She tried to change a the form of a medication that I have been taking for years precribed by a well established specialist from Castrop. Her bedside manner was bad. I think she's in the wrong line of work. I won't go back.
