Whoever answers the phone here has no professionalism at all. Had to call back twice for them to answer. My doctor had sent a referral and the front desk told me they didn’t have it. She then found it but was rude during entire conversation will definately NOT be making a appointment here
Dr. Algothani herself is amazing. There is nothing bad we can say about her - she is very helpful and attentive and I recommend her. This review is about the front desk lady and the nurse named Elizabeth. Once I checked in, I had to wait 30 min and saw people that came in after me go in before me. I asked the front desk and she looked super confused and asked around what was happening. another lady said the doctor was only 10 min behind so that's not why we were waiting for so long. Drove an hour after waiting 3 months to get in. Showed up 10-15 mins early to my appointment which they sent a reminder text telling me to arrive only 15 mins early. Told me they couldn’t see me because I didn’t have my new patient packet filled out which I didn’t seem to recieve to my knowledge. And didn’t arrive 30 mins early. They told me they couldn’t get ahold of me for a reminder call which I told them I don’t have service at work and my voicemail gets full from clients, so they should’ve used my email on file that the... read more
