I saw Dr. Taylor here from 2017-2023 before she moved down to Grove City. I loved her and the rest of the doctors here I don't know if it's a staffing thing, or a OhioHealth thing, but I have NEVER seen a PCP practice be this unorganized. I have waited 2 hours to see a doctor at points, and any appointment with DMH family medicine is a whole day event. No other OhioHealth PCP Practice (Including the residency practices!) is as bad as Dublin Methodist. When you get to see someone, its 5 stars, but the wait times are horrid.
The Drs are always fantastic - I don't blame them for being overbooked and thus always behind, but they are in fact always behind. This means the office as a whole does not respect your time. However the only reason I'm bothering to write this is the unprofessional runaround I have received from those who answered the phone and the nurses who also got on the line. I suspect it's finally time to pull the plug and find a new Dr, which is genuinely too bad since again, the Drs here are really really excellent.
Called to refill the antidepressant 3 days ago. They forced me to go back on med after being 1.5 years off it because they didn't care enough to truly determine what has been causing my constant nerve pain for the past 6 years. I had a few days left on the last fill given. Notified office I couldn't go without the medication they've had me taking. Causes severe withdrawal effects for me to even miss a single dose. I always have a great experience here. If I can’t see my PCP, I can see a resident very quickly. My favorite part has always been the customer service. I left my last doctor truly because of the customer service being poor. It’s everything in healthcare! The customer service associates are always empathetic, helpful, and so wonderful! They do what they say they’ll do and beyond. I will follow my doctor anywhere but I hope she stays here forever so I can stay with Ohio Health Dublin!
I believe that they are one of the best teams of doctors that I have worked with.
