The entire staff was extremely rude and impatient I went in because my IUD was displaced. Dana M Moulton refused to use numbing or give me a muscle relaxer during the procedure, she expressed that “it would be a waste of time”. I was extremely taken aback as this was very unprofessional. I am extremely frustrated with the level of care and communication I received from this office. I had testing completed on April 28, 2026. However, I was not properly contacted about my results or treatment in a timely or professional manner. Instead, I had to follow up myself, and my medication was not addressed promptly. Terrible service lack of empathy , I have seen Dr Powis twice and each time it feels like I am being rushed 5 min. problem visit in and out , recently had an er visit extreme amount of pain booked a follow up Dr Powis told me to my face " I haven't seen your ultrasound yet" (my er visit was a week prior) then proceeded to read from my Er notes and say well i can send motrin to your pharmacy and come back in 12 weeks for another ultrasound, i spent more time waiting on a cup than our actual conversation nothing was addressed ... read more

My experience with Dr. Moulton and her office was extremely disappointing. Throughout my appointment, I felt belittled and judged, which made an already sensitive visit very uncomfortable. The overall environment of the office was unwelcoming, and I did not feel respected or supported as a patient. Healthcare, but OB-GYN care especially, should be handled with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience. I scheduled an OBGYN visit months in advance, received a letter in the mail confirming my appointment, only to get a call from a very rude agent stating that Dr. Mullins was not going to be in that day and that I needed to reschedule for even further out. I was given no additional information about this and the agent on the phone was very dry and had no empathy that my visit was being canceled. Do not recommend.
