I scheduled an OBGYN visit months in advance, received a letter in the mail confirming my appointment, only to get a call from a very rude agent stating that Dr. Mullins was not going to be in that day and that I needed to reschedule for even further out. I was given no additional information about this and the agent on the phone was very dry and had no empathy that my visit was being canceled. Do not recommend.
Very unprofessional, a BIG NO ... Thier communication is really weak and late, very rude,,, and most of the times either the doctor or the staff is unavailable. I will not recommend it to anyone. There are much better clinics and doctors in Hilliard
Nice folks, I really liked Dr. Moulton but this office is just too disorganized. I had an appointment scheduled last year and they cancelled. I rescheduled this year and was told would receive a call for follow up appointment - that never came. I asked my family doctor for guidance and they told me to call central scheduling, which I did. Central scheduling stated only the office could schedule….i called the office again and after 20 minutes on hold finally got scheduled. Save yourself the time and schedule somewhere else the front staff & nurse is a nightmare!
Disappointed since Dr. Stuart and Anderson left. New doctors don’t let you speak much, they cut me off and dismissed my concerns immediately. I literally had huge pieces of tissue falling out of me and unexplained bleeding. The ER told me to see my gyno. I had no idea or any notification my doctor had left the practice and I was assigned a new dr when I arrived. I explained and said I was experiencing a yeast infection as well. Felt VERY rushed.
