My experience with Dr. Moulton and her office was extremely disappointing. Throughout my appointment, I felt belittled and judged, which made an already sensitive visit very uncomfortable. The overall environment of the office was unwelcoming, and I did not feel respected or supported as a patient. Healthcare, but OB-GYN care especially, should be handled with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience. I scheduled an OBGYN visit months in advance, received a letter in the mail confirming my appointment, only to get a call from a very rude agent stating that Dr. Mullins was not going to be in that day and that I needed to reschedule for even further out. I was given no additional information about this and the agent on the phone was very dry and had no empathy that my visit was being canceled. Do not recommend.
Very unprofessional, a BIG NO ... Thier communication is really weak and late, very rude,,, and most of the times either the doctor or the staff is unavailable. I will not recommend it to anyone. There are much better clinics and doctors in Hilliard
Nice folks, I really liked Dr. Moulton but this office is just too disorganized. I had an appointment scheduled last year and they cancelled. I rescheduled this year and was told would receive a call for follow up appointment - that never came. I asked my family doctor for guidance and they told me to call central scheduling, which I did. Central scheduling stated only the office could schedule….i called the office again and after 20 minutes on hold finally got scheduled.
