I used to love this office when Dr. Masey, NP, was in the practice. She has since left, and apparently all of her staff has as well over the past year. Other than the constant, mindless testing—which always gives the same results and feels like they’re just after more insurance money—I never had a single complaint. But she’s gone now, and for the past year this new staff has been rude, disrespectful, and completely uncooperative with me.
