I would say that I feel like my Hippa and privacy was never taken into consideration. When checking into the er the whole lobby knew what I was going to be seen for. I didn’t like that feeling and the receptionist told out loud my address so everyone in the waiting room knew where I live. Not just like you live on road blah blah. No the whole address. Not only was my reason going to the er embarrassing but this made it time 10 harder!!
WOW is an understatement! To leave this ER feeling like a person and not a dollar sign was exhilarating! This was my 4th trip to an Urgent Care or ER in the last 2 weeks due to a MVA. Of all the providers I saw or people I interacted with, none came close to Dr. Gill and his team. The ladies up front and in triage were attentive and kind. My information wasn't pulling up in the system because, despite attempting to update it at all other locations, it hadn't been done. It's updated now!!
