I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Figg, Dr. Mitchell, and nurse Patricia. I've never had to wait more than 5 min in the lobby and pretty much the same in the room. Both doctors are very patient, excellent at listening, don't pressure you to do something you're not comfortable with and never make me feel like I'm not being heard like some of my other doctors.
